Subscription Plan Terms & Conditions
Important Notice:
Under the law, alcoholic beverages cannot be sold to individuals under 18 years old. By placing an order online, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older and legally permitted to purchase alcohol. You must ensure that no underage person uses your account to buy alcohol. If the delivery includes alcoholic products, it must be received by someone 18 or older with valid identification. If no eligible recipient is present, the goods will be taken back and delivery will be reattempted at another arranged time.
Online Shopping Terms & Conditions
1. General Terms
1.1 “Jun Shing International Trading Limited”, “Vinoholic”, or “we” refer to the business under Jun Shing International Trading Limited. “Customer” or “you” refers to any individual or entity placing an order for goods or services. By using this website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
1.2 We strive to ensure that the pricing, product details, and availability listed are accurate. We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice and accept or reject orders based on stock availability.
1.3 In the case of stock shortages, we reserve the right to substitute products of equivalent type and value.
1.4 All orders are subject to final confirmation based on stock availability. If we are unable to fulfill any product or service, we reserve the right to reject the order.
2. User Registration
2.1 You must register as a user (online or otherwise) before placing an order. By registering, you agree to:
• Provide true, accurate, and current information;
• Only allow authorized persons to use your account;
• We reserve the right to reject or terminate any account at our discretion.
2.2 If your registered information changes, please update your account or inform our customer service immediately.
2.3 Inactive accounts (currently defined as unused for 3 years) may be deactivated, along with any unused points or e-vouchers.
3. Privacy Protection
We comply with Hong Kong’s Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486) to protect your personal information. Please review our Privacy Policy.
4. Payment Methods
4.1 We accept designated credit cards, debit cards, or electronic payment methods in HKD. Prices may differ from physical stores.
4.2 Orders are subject to our final acceptance based on stock availability.
4.3 We use TLS encryption to secure transactions. All personal data is encrypted during transmission.
4.4 Any additional delivery charges will be confirmed before payment.
5. Miscellaneous
5.1 We only sell to end consumers. Orders suspected for resale will be rejected.
5.2 We are not liable for delays or issues due to force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, wars, strikes, etc.).
5.3 You may not transfer your rights or obligations without our written consent.
5.4 If any part of the Terms is deemed invalid, the remainder remains enforceable.
5.5 These Terms represent the full agreement between both parties.
5.6 We reserve the right to amend these Terms with notice.
5.7 In the event of a dispute, we reserve the final decision. If discrepancies exist between Chinese and English versions, the English version prevails.
5.8 These Terms are governed by the laws of the HKSAR and fall under Hong Kong jurisdiction.
Vinoholic eShop Special Terms
These special terms supplement the above and apply specifically to eShop orders. In case of conflict, these take precedence.
6. Payment Terms
6.1 We accept Visa, MasterCard, and UnionPay.
6.2 Secure transactions are enabled via Verified by Visa and MasterCard SecureCode. Use a valid card in your name.
6.3 Physical cash vouchers are not accepted online.
6.4 Any additional delivery charges will be confirmed before payment.
7. Delivery Service (for designated delivery addresses)
7.1 Standard Delivery
• Wines are air-shipped from Adelaide monthly.
• Delivery time: Mon–Sat, 12 PM – 6 PM (except public holidays).
• Orders confirmed by 3 PM (Mon–Fri) will be delivered within 5 business days (excluding pre-orders).
• Orders on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the second business day after the holiday.
• If no elevator is available, a fee of HK$15 per floor will apply.
7.2 Delivery service not available to:
• Non-fixed addresses, restricted zones, outlying islands, overseas, hotel rooms, piers, or warehouses;
• Locations without legal unloading areas within 50 meters.
7.3 Special Cases
• Delivery may be rescheduled if Typhoon Signal No. 8 or Black Rainstorm Warning is in effect.
• Seasonal events (e.g., Christmas, Lunar New Year) may impact delivery schedules.
8. Auto-renewal & Cancellation
8.1 By subscribing, you agree to automatic renewal and payment unless canceled before the next billing cycle.
8.2 You may cancel anytime through your account settings. If canceled before the next billing date, you won’t be charged.
8.3 We may send a reminder email before each renewal. You are responsible for keeping your contact details up to date.
9. Exchange & Refund
9.1 All wines and services purchased online or in-store are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
10. Use of Personal Data for Marketing
10.1 We may use your personal data (name, phone number, email, etc.) to promote our products, services, and offers.
10.2 We will only do so with your explicit consent.
10.3 You may opt out of receiving marketing messages at any time.
11. Others
11.1 Ownership of products remains with us until full payment is received. Risk transfers to you upon delivery.
11.2 Shopping bags are available for HKD $2 each upon request.
11.3 Complimentary events are not cumulative and must be redeemed within the same month.
11.4 Unclaimed orders after 6 months or with unpaid storage fees beyond 6 months may be destroyed without notice or compensation.
11.5 We are not liable for any direct or indirect income loss from your transactions with us.
