Founded by biochemist Stephen Cook, Eisenstone is a study in terroir. The name itself—Eisen (Iron) and Stone—pays homage to the German heritage and the distinctive ironstone soils of the Barossa Valley. This is a winery that doesn't just make Shiraz; it maps the geography of the Barossa through a bottle.
With a production limit of no more than 800 bottles per wine, each bottle is individually numbered. These are not just wines; they are collector's items that have earned Eisenstone a 5-star rating and a spot as the #4 winery in Australia by The Real Review.
