Delivery Service

Standard Delivery Policy:

• Pre-ordered wines will be air-shipped from Adelaide to Hong Kong approximately once a month.

• Delivery hours are Monday to Saturday, from 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM (excluding public holidays).

• For orders confirmed before 3:00 PM from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays), delivery will be made within five working days, excluding pre-order items.

• Orders confirmed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the second working day after the holiday, excluding pre-order items.

• Free delivery is offered once for any single purchase of 6 bottles or more.

• For orders of fewer than 6 bottles, a standard delivery fee of HK$180 will be charged.

• For delivery locations without elevator access, a fee of HK$15 per floor will be charged for carrying items upstairs.
   

Delivery Service Not Applicable to:

• Non-permanent addresses, restricted border zones, outlying islands, hotel rooms, piers, or warehouses;

• Delivery addresses without a legal loading/unloading zone within 50 meters of the building entrance.
   

Special Circumstances:

• If Typhoon Signal No. 8 or a Black Rainstorm Warning is in effect, we will arrange delivery on the next working day whenever possible.

• The above services may be affected during seasonal periods (e.g. major sales campaigns) or public holidays (e.g. Christmas, Lunar New Year, Easter, etc.)
