葡萄在最佳成熟期⼿⼯採摘,以⽣產出細膩、清新和緊緻
的酒。使⽤惰性壓榨機直接榨汁,以保護⽔果和汁液免受
氧化。低溫發酵,攪拌⾄裝瓶前。在低溫下進⾏釀酒,直
到裝瓶前都⼀直攪拌。採⽤傳統⽅式進⾏⼆次發酵,以進
⾏prise de mousse(起泡作⽤)。
隨後定期品鑑,以決定去渣的時間。
2018年的年份已經在渣上和⽊條上陳釀了24個⽉。
該酒不添加任何加速糖漿,因此被稱為“brut nature
zero dosage”酒。

Limited Edition 

The grapes are harvested by hand at optimum maturity to produce subtle, fresh and tight wines. Direct pressing with an inertis press which preserves the fruit and the juice from oxidation.Vinification at low temperature and stirred until bottling.A second fermentation for the prise de mousse is carried out in the traditional way.The wine is then tasted regularly to decide on disgorgement.The 2018 vintage, has been aged for 24 months on fine lees and on lath. it has been bottled without any expedition liqueur, hence the name "brut nature zéro dosage".
