1. If order amount per each single delivery address is below $800, extra $150 delivery fee will be charged.  

2. Free delivery service will be provided upon purchase over $800, including Residential area additional shipping charge. Extended Area additional shipping charge will be paid by the customer.

3. Additional $15 per floor per item will be charged if no access to elevator.
