Tasting Notes:deep ruby colour, very intense bouquet of forest fruits, blackberry, raspberry and plum, then balsamic, leather and spicy notes in the end. On the palate it’s intense with lot of berries, dark cherries and a delicate long finish with a touch of spicy notes.
This Merlot would be a perfect pairing for a brasato with truffles. It works very well with any red meat steaks, even better if intense and spicy.
