AOP Côtes du Rhône
 
A lively wine with marked red fruit notes and rounded smooth tannins for pure tasting pleasure. A rich generous wine, typical of the best Cotes-du-Rhone.
 
Age of the vines: 60 years 
Soil: Predominately clay, sloping land surrounded by forests
Grape Variety: 55% Grenache, 35% Syrah (shiraz), 5% Cinsault,
5% Carignan
Harvest: Harvested and sorted by hand using small cases Vinification: The winemarker Mr. Marcelli, adheres to a natural and respectiful way of vinification, with minial manual intervention in wine fermentation. Grape maceration and pressing is carried out for about 20 days, stainless steel static alcoholic fermentation.  
Aged Minimum: 3-6 months old oak barrels
Alcohol Level: 14%
